Annual Student Gathering

All students of the Astropoetic School of Soul-Discovery participate in an annual three-day workshop, which is held in Missouri where Joe Landwehr resides or at an alternative location convenient to current students. 

This gathering is a great opportunity to:

• listen to another person tell his/her story in relation to the astrological cycles that weave through it

• gain valuable practice discerning the various planetary voices that are speaking

• gradually become adept at identifying the thematic threads that emerge through being able to hear the story with the chart in front of you

• learn to discern the evolution of consciousness that moves through successive phases of a story's genesis

• explore strategies for addressing core issues with greater awareness at various phases of the cycle.
  

All of these skills are necessary components of the astropoetic approach to astrology, whether or not your intention is to practice astrology on behalf of others.

Emphasis on Using Astrology For Personal Growth

The emphasis in these workshops is working directly with your core issues, from an astropoetic perspective. The specific focus of each workshop evolves out of patterns in each person's birthchart for the time of the workshop, as well as the basic principles being studied and the relevant life processes of those participating.

Each workshop is purposely kept small to allow for more intimate sharing. The support generated among students attending these workshops – both for the learning process and for addressing core issues – is an invaluable part of the Course and the teaching offered by the School.

Students enrolled in the Course receive a 1/3 discount for these supplemental workshops.
